01 / My professional journey
The beginning
My journey began with freelance work and small gaming communities, including communities around World of Warcraft. I later built and managed large Rust servers with over 100,000 monthly active users.
The scale of my work gradually grew, from individual communities to large gaming projects.
2022
In 2022, I received my first major professional offer through KWORK: a mid-level Community Manager role at Pokeworld NFT. I was responsible for building the community function ahead of launch.
The project closed before reaching the market due to regulatory issues. This experience taught me about preparing a community for a product launch.
From 2024
From 2024, I worked with large CS2 projects in Tier 1 iGaming, handling their community operations end to end.
At that stage, I did not yet manage budgets or hold full ownership of community performance. My responsibilities expanded over time.
Late 2025
In late 2025, I also took on brand responsibilities in Tier 1 iGaming: shaping positioning, building trust and maintaining brand reputation through Online Reputation Management and Search Engine Reputation Management.
At this point, I took full ownership of the community function and its processes, along with managing and reporting on monthly budgets of $10,000–15,000.
I monitored whether traffic aligned with campaign objectives and reported results to the Chief Marketing Officer. My experience includes managing Tier 1 iGaming communities with over 100,000 weekly active users.
The next stage
My next step was leading the community function for a B2B FinTech project in a Tier 3 market, with full ownership of the function.
Today
Today, I combine hands-on community development with work on brand positioning, trust and reputation.
My experience spans Tier 1 in iGaming, Tier 2 through my own Telegram projects and Tier 3 in B2B FinTech.
